During discharge instructions for a patient with a history of falling, the patient begins to cry and says, “It sounds like you don’t trust me to be alone anymore and you want me to redo my whole house.” The nurse’s best response would be:
1.   “Your family doesn’t think you should live by yourself since you fall so much.”
2.   “You won’t have to redo your house if someone can come and live with you.”
3.   “You may need to go to a long-term care facility.”
4.   “Can you tell me more about how you are feeling?”
