During an initial assessment of a new patient in a walk-in clinic, the nurse suspects that the patient might have thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP). The assessment that has led to this conclusion is:
1.   frontal hair loss.
2.   large irregular areas of ecchymosis.
3.   flushed ruddy complexion.
4.   excessive urine output.
