On an intake physical, the nurse questions the patient with diabetes insipidus (DI) about the classic symptoms of that disease, which are:
1.   dizziness, tachycardia, and weakness.
2.   massive diuresis, hypertension, and excitability.
3.   stress incontinence, vomiting, and edema.
4.   bradycardia, insomnia, and muscle cramps.
