The nurse explains to the patient admitted for the evaluation of SIADH (syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone) that the medical treatment plan would include:
1.   strict enforcement of fluid restriction.
2.   administration vasopressin.
3.   hypertonic IV solutions.
4.   large doses of water-soluble vitamins.
