Suppose you were studying a microsatellite locus with two alleles, and found one homozygous class represented 49% of the population, another homozygous class represented 25% of the population, and the rest were heterozygous.
a) what are the allele frequencies at this locus?
b) what proportion of heterozygous do you expect in the next generation?

Please show the work in detail so I can understand how you got the answer, please.
