A 15-year-old basketball player presents to the clinic with a history of colliding with another player at yesterday's game. He was planted, and his right knee went out after the collision. He has pain and swelling to his knee.

He is using crutches and an ace wrap. His mother is concerned and thinks he won't play basketball again. The emergency department told the mother that the x-rays were normal. What other treatment modalities may assist this young athlete? 1. Protect, rest, ice, compression, and elevation (PRICE)
   2. A knee Immobilizer
   3. Non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
   4. All of the above
