I find myself using stevia as a substitute for sugar substitute itself. I have read several articles both for and against using it. Any input?

A recent article came out that artificial sweeteners could effect your gut bacteria. If you don't have diabetes and are not at risk of developing it, I would use sugar or simply less sugar.
