The nurse has been caring for 12-year-old child who needs a new intravenous insertion placed. What should the nurse say to the intravenous infusion nurse to support this child's needs?
 
  A) I will be here after the IV is in place.
  B) Would you like me to stay with you?
  C) This child is left-handed and likes to draw; an IV site in his right arm would be best.
  D) The nurses on the unit know this child well, so maybe one of us should start the IV.
