ANS: C
Although this is not a psychiatric illness, psychological symptoms appear to be related to the inability to cope with stressors. A wide range of treatments may be helpful, including psychotherapy, vitamin B6, diuretics, GnRH agonists (not antagonists), and diet. High-sodium foods and caffeine should be avoided.
