Although Anthony has no neurological impairment or defects in his speech mechanism, he
mispronounces certain sounds—especially "ch," "f," "l," "sh," and "th." He often sounds as if
he is uttering "baby talk." He is in therapy, which seems to be helping, and his doctors hope
that his problems will be conquered within two years, when he will be eight years old. He is
      suffering from ______.
      a.    language disorder
      b.   mixed receptive/ language disorder
      c.   speech sound disorder
      d.   childhood onset fluency disorder
