(Causal conclusion. The argument is that fear of pain and physicians' inability to
relieve pain are partial causes of some of the cases of doctor-assisted suicide.
Shapiro's evidence for this conclusion is that, as reported, patients don't get
adequate pain relief. At most this provides evidence according to the method of
agreement: inadequate pain relief is present when doctor-assisted suicide occurs.)
