Why is alloparental care common among male-transfer species of primates but not among female-transfer species?

Alloparental care is provided by a female relativea grandmother, aunt, or older sister. In male-transfer species, females remain with their natal troop, so all of those female relatives of the mother are present. In female-transfer species, the female leaves her natal troop, leaving her female relatives behind. She has no potential alloparental caregivers in her new troop until she has produced at least one female offspring.
