One distinction between test validity and test utility is that test validity refers to the

  a) appropriate use of information from testing, while test utility refers to improved results due to the testing.
   b) ability of the test to provide unbiased results, while test utility refers to the ability of the test to provide consistent results.
   c) usefulness of information provided by the test, while test utility refers to the fact that such information is unbiased.
   d) consistency of information provided by the test, while test utility refers to how that information is put to use.
