Had the Communications Decency Act (CDA) not been struck down by U.S. Supreme Court in 1996, how would sexual or reproductive content on the Internet be different today?

  a. Descriptions of only heterosexual and not homosexual acts would be permissible on the Internet.
  b. Information about breast or testicular cancer would be restricted on the Internet.
  c. Video images of sexual activity could suggest penetration but no true sexual intercourse could be shown on the Internet.
  d. All sexual content on the Internet would have been preceded by and followed by a morality warning.
