Why is the issue of statutory rape morally problematic?

  a. Statutory rape laws violate the constitution by regulating the sexual behavior of those who have already gone through puberty.
  b. It is the parents' responsibility, not the government's, to teach their children about responsible sexual conduct
  c. As the legal age of consent has been on the rise, puberty and sexual maturity are occurring at an earlier age.
  d. If the sexual act is consensual, regardless if one partner is under the age of consent, it is almost certain that both parties involved will have positive feelings about the nature of their relationship.
