Why do social workers want to understand a person's views about a change?

  a. Because the person's inner thoughts and feelings affect psychosocial
functioning just as his or her actions, abilities, relationships, and material
  resources do
  b. Because through understanding the person's views about change, the social
worker can gauge how effective working with the social worker will be for
  them
  c. Because the client may have a wrong view about change and how to enact it
and the social worker should correct them
  d. Because the social worker wants to make sure that the person thinks
positively about the change, the work and them
