I feel running nose when ever i shed tears,Why ?

The lacrimal glands near the corners of your eyes will create tears when you cry. Some of these tears will actually empty from the eye (and they roll down your face). All the extra tears have to go somewhere, so they empty through the nasolacrimal ducts (which are in the corners of the eyes) and then run into the sinuses. Thus, the body releases the extra fluid in the form of your "nose running".

Lacrimal glands need to be empty every time after crying, if it is not empty it runs through the nose!.Is it right?
