Some people say that Cytosol is the same thing as Cytoplasm, some people say Cytosol is Cytoplasm without the organelles, etc. What is right?

Cytosol is liquid component found inside the cell. Cytoplasm is the space within the cell.

I don't understand. What do you mean by space within the cell? I thought Cytoplasm was the jelly-like stuff inside the cell.

That is correct. Cytoplasm is actually all the contents of the cell (I think the nucleus is excluded though).
Cytosol is the cytoplasm without the organelles, (which leaves only the liquid of the cell).

Sometimes the term "cytoplasm" may be used instead of "cytosol" (to express the liquid of the cell). However, that is incorrect. (it's not such a big error though, because everyone will understand what you want to say).

You probably mean the cytosol. Well, the cytoplasm also includes the cytosol (along with the organelles).

The cytoplasm is the cystosol and cytoplasmic organelles. The cystosol is the site of protein synthesis and degradation that makes up more than half the total volume of the cell. Cytosol 54% cell volume..
