The Fourth Amendment does not require the police to obtain a warrant before seizing an automobile from a public place:
 
  a. only if they have a warrant to do so.
  b. if they have probable cause to believe it is forfeitable contraband.
  c. if they have reasonable suspicion to believe it is forfeitable.
  d. only if they have a warrant and believe it is forfeitable.
