With regard to a prisoner's expectation of privacy, the court has ruled that prisoners have:
 
  a. rights to privacy equal to a free man.
  b. absolutely no rights to privacy whatsoever.
  c. a substantially reduced expectation of privacy.
  d. only those rights that are given at the discretion of the prison administration.
