Spend more time socializing with friends and family.
Take a few minutes each day to think about your earlier life experiences. Examine old photographs of friends and family.
Read books for pleasure sake. Read books of fiction, biographies, literature, and so on, but avoid books on succeeding in business or climbing the corporate ladder.
Spend time visiting museums and art galleries. Examine works of art for their beauty, not their prices.
Take extension courses that you enjoy and that are not career-related.
Take up a hobby or learn to play the piano or violin.
Attend the theater, ballet, or concerts. Or take in a movie.
Write a letter to an old friend or family member.
Lighten up on yourself. Don't impose impossible demands to complete all your projects by a certain date. Don't attempt to do too many things at once.
Take time around the dinner table to ask your roommates or family members how they spent their day. Listen to what they have to say without interrupting or finishing their sentences for them.
Don't overschedule yourself. Don't try to cram all your courses into one day.
Don't wolf down your food. Relax while you eat. Make your meals an occasion.
Take things more slowly. Don't speed. Walk around the campus for the sake of enjoying the day. Read a newspaper or magazine for enjoyment.

1) The main goal of the ABC123 Prioritized Planning method is to move from crisis management to focusing on things that are most important.

2) Phase I: make a list of everything you want to accomplish today.
Phase II: give a value to each item on the list using ABC, where A means the item must be done today.
Phase III: give a numerical value to each item on the list based on its relative importance to you using 123.

3) Based on this comparison, we can conclude that there is an imbalance between what people value the most and how they spend their time.
