Water poured into space (outside of a spacecraft) would rapidly vaporize or boil away. In space, where there is no air, there is no air pressure. As air pressure drops, the temperature needed to boil water becomes lower. That's why water boils much faster on a mountaintop than it does at sea level.

Or Do you feel there could be some probability % of creating artificial snow making using machines say in Mars & other planets & natural satellites of planets?

Snow machines can be carried in spacecrafts to conduct experiments for tracing the same?

The atmosphere of Mars is much thinner than Earth's. The surface pressure is only about 610 pascals (0.088 psi) which is less than 1% of the Earth's value. Hence, the same affect spoken of above is likely to happen on Mars too!

In case if the Snow making machines will not work in other planets or natural satellites, Can we add the snow making exercise content & skiing in fiction novels or movies?

i.e. People skiing in other planets & natural satellites?

Could it be interesting if the Snowmaking process & Skiing shown in a Hollywood fiction movie or documentary?
