Can you explain any differences in average spot number associated with the different type of predators?
 
  a. There should be no difference in selective pressure from killifish versus cichlids.
  b. Cichlids are apparently more dangerous as predators to guppies, and thus canbe expected to exert a stronger selective pressure affecting spot number.
 c. Killifish are the more dangerous predator to guppies and thus they would bemore likely to exert the stronger selective pressure.
