Explanation:  B) WACC = [($8,000,000  (1 - .4)  (.08)) + ($12,000,000  .12)] / ($8,000,000 + $12,000,000) = .0912
EVA = ($1,055,000  (1 - .4)) - (($9,500,000 - $2,800,000)  .0912) = $21,960
