\(Days\ Supply\ =\ \frac{total\ dose\ or\ the\ quantity dispensed\ }{product\ of\ the\ dose\ x\ frequency\ }\)

(bid or BID) is twice a day = 2 x 2 = 4 tablets

\(30\ days=\frac{quantity\ dispensed\ }{250\ mg\times 4\ }\)

= 30 000 mg in total
