Question 1.

Radiograph obtained was a frontal and lateral chest which revealed coronary artery bypass graft changes. The heart is mildly enlarged in size. The lung fields are clear, without infiltrate or effusion. Moderate spondylitic changes are noted in the thoracic spine.

Question 2.

KUB and Upper GI Series. Preliminary KUB revealed a large amount of fecal matter present in the colon. Barium enema revealed normal filling of the esophagus and a small sliding hiatal hernia. There is also a small gastroesophageal reflux. The stomach empties well.
