Suggested Responses: Student examples should include details that indicate that the child requires some, but not a lot of, assistance to accomplish the task and that the other people interacting with the child prompt the child either verbally or physically in ways that fill in the gaps just enough so the child can complete the task successfully. From the students' descriptions, it should be clear that the child could not successfully complete the task alone.
