Hello there, use Charles' Law, the Temperature-Volume Law.

V1/T1 = V2/T2

Make sure the temperature is in Kelvin

V1 = 13.4
T1 = 25.0 + 273 = 298
V2 = ?
T2 = 35.0 + 273 = 308

13.4/298 = V2/308

Multiply both sides of the proportion by 308

(308) 13.4/298 = V2/308 (308)

13.849 = V2 or simply 13.8 when considering significant figures
