Carly was in favour of the proposed convention centre; Colin was against the project. When Carly surveyed people, she found that 70 percent of those she questioned were in favour of the project. Colin's survey found that 75 percent of those he surveyed were against building the convention centre. Which idea does these differing survey results support?
