Do you feel a standard Doctor on board image is required in all vehicles irrespective of the vehicle manufacturer & model?

No, everyone is entitled to a life of privacy. Displaying that you're a doctor everywhere you go is dangerous and unnecessary. Dangerous because doctors are wealthy, and a criminal could hold the doctor and their family ransom if they know who they are. It's unnecessary because only those in cars would be able to see the sticker; when you're sick, you're either bedridden or you stay at home. And in the case of an emergency, you can call an ambulance.
