Are there machine learning, computer vision & image processing algorithms which will recognise,detect Chemical symbols images for  periodic table of elements?

Input dataset : Chemical symbols images for periodic table of elements in .jpg, .gif formats.

Output : Element name, Element symbol, Element Atomic number, Element Atomic mass number, Element description.
