a. Calculate the net electric field at point B. Consider qA = -2.98E-4 C, qC = -2.46E-4 C, qD = 5.86E-4 C, a = 19 cm, b = 23 cm, c = 13 cm, and α = 60 º.
 
b. If at point B you placed an object with a charge qB = 2.96E-4 C, then calculate the net force on qB.
Angle θ is measured counterclockwise from the x axis.
    use 3 significant digits for the answers
