You construct a voltaic cell for the following chemical reaction:
Fe2+(aq) + Mg(s) → Fe(s) + Mg2+(aq)
The measured cell potential under standard conditions is +1.92 V. Given that E°red for Fe2+(aq) ⎟ Fe(s) is -0.45 V, what is E°red for Mg2+(aq) ⎟ Mg(s)?

+2.37 V

-2.37 V

+1.47 V

-1.47 V

4.74 V

I believe what you do here is add the two numbers:

+1.92 V + (-0.45 V) = 1.47 V

We know left hand side electrode where oxidation occur acts as an anode, and the right hand side electrode where reduction takes place acts as an cathode.
