Take 1 / 139 = 7.1942 * 10-3.

To three significant figures: 7.19 * 10-3 seconds or 0.00719 seconds

To find the period of oscillation, you reciprocate the frequency, that is:

1 divided by the frequency

Therefore, I took 1 / 139 = 0.00719 seconds -- this is three significant figures
