The following conditions have been identified as risk factors that may restrict children's development: households without English speakers, families with four or more children, parents who lack a high school degree, families who have moved one or more times in the previous year, single-parent families, having a teen mother when born, and non-employed parents.  Suggest two things for each risk factor that a school or teacher could do to improve the situation for a child with that risk factor.
