If in J = [D x A x (C1 - C2)] / L, D,A and L remain constant, mathematically J will be the same.

I feel surprise that the rate of diffusion is determined based on the absolute difference between 2 concentrations without considering the amount.
Therefore, the rate of difference would be the same for 2 following cases

Case 1 (C1 - C2) = 10
C1 = 400
C2 = 390

Case 2 (C1 - C2) = 10
C1 = 40
C2 = 30

Could you please confirm on whether my conclusion is correct or not?
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much for any suggestions (^v^)

Yes, if D, A, and L remain constant, expect the output to be the same in both cases. Do you have more information on that equation you provided?
