(103 + 202) ÷ 20

Use the order of operations:

\[(10^3 + 20^2) = 1400\]
\[1000 + 400 \div 20 = \frac{1400}{20}\]

Both are divisible by 20:

\[\frac{1400}{20} \Rightarrow \boxed{70}\]
