Early Childhood Education observation & assessment-- assessment tools

Research and identify at least one standardized and validated assessment/evaluation/screening tool for at least three (3) of the following areas.   Review these powerpoints to better understand tests and measurements, reliability, validity and norms and percentiles. (click the megaphone for audio).

These will be assessments with a specific name that likely have to be purchased and require specific training to be able to administer.  This will not be teacher-created or school-created informal assessment tools such as checklists, anecdotal records, etc.  These will be well researched and tested usually stating what norming they use, how they have been validated and likely what their inter-rater reliability is.
