Well, cAMP has different effects, it has a role on dialysis different molecules, it’s one molecule. What makes it have different responses?

The difference in response depends on how the cell relays the message once cAMP has activated the cell receptor. What happens downstream once cAMP attaches to the cell differs based on the tissue, its purpose, and so on. This scenario is based on when cAMP is released for the purpose of being a long-distance communication molecule, but keep in mind that cAMP is also found in intracellular signaling (that is, within cells).

Does that make sense?

Well, the problem is we know that cell release cAMP by gpcr, but how the relay is diffrent, whole process is same

That's precisely it, what happens downstream once cAMP is produced differs from one cell-type to the next.

Check out this comprehensive image of a signal transduction pathway involving cAMP:

So, a type of cell can only give one same response to cAMP and the signaling molcule?
