Hi there,

I am doing a report on the affect of alcohol on membranes. However, I am puzzled by the fact that I do not understand if I get a high absorbency number if it does more damage or less. My thought was that the higher, the more damage. Although, I am not sure if I am correct. Can someone please explain? It will help me alot in my report.

Best Regards!

The more alcohol that is absorbed, the more damage it causes. Thus, your observations are correct Slight Smile.
