Possible DNA triolets for valine and leucine are identified in
Alternative            Valine          Leucine
a)                         CAT                GTG
b)                        CAA                 GAA
c)                         GTT                 CTT

Not sure what "Alternative" is supposed to mean, but Valine is coded by RNA codon tiplets: GUU, GUC, GUA, GUG. Leucine is coded by RNA codon triplets: UUA UUG CUU CUC CUA CUG

So, the DNA codon triplets would simply replace the nucleotide uridine with thymidine:

valine: GTT GTC GTA GTG
leucine: TTA TTG CTT CTC CTA CTG

Hence, the only answer that fits is: C

Hope that helps.
