In trying to kick a ball, I am struggling in trying to answer the following question.
a.  Which bones of the body (lower extremity) are used to perform this action?
b.  Which muscles are used to moved the bones?
c.  Name one joint that is being used by one or more of the muscles?
     1.  What motion is occuring at this joint while performing kicking a ball
      2.  What are the structural and functional classifications of the joint?

I am having such a hard time and would appreciate any help or assistance.

The femur, tibia and fibula are being used.  The acetabulum meeting the femoral head is the joint being used and the the femur joint as well.
