•   Partial reinforcement will result in behaviors more resistant to extinction.
•   Fixed ratio schedule would be used to set the level of productivity that was needed, and all workers achieving the appropriate level of productivity would be paid bonuses if this productivity lasted more than 2–3 months.
•   Other reinforcers for top producers would include salary increases, promotions, extra vacation time, and time off for increased productivity over 3–5 months.
