Cluster sampling involves
a.  creating subgroups based on characteristics of interest like age, sex, or attitudes and selecting randomly from each of these groups.
b.  sampling from among students in particular classes, like introductory psychology.
c.  identifying a few individuals who serve as participants and who then identify other possible participants.
d.  identifying subgroups in your population and then randomly selecting the subgroups that you will use in your research.
