Here's a similar question and its answer:

a) What is the pressure acting on the treasure chest?
b) What is the magnitude of the force that acts on the rectangular treasure chest top that is 0.750 m × 0.425 m?

Using 1,030kg/m^3 as seawater density and 9.8 as g:
a) Pressure = (1,030 x 20) x 9.8, = 201,880Pa.
b) Area = (.75 x .425) = 0.31875m^2. Force = (0.31875 x 201,880), = 64,349.25N.
