6 red, 4 green 5 yellow

a)
Overall it's 15 C 3 = 455
but if same color marbles are indistinguishable we have just:
R R R, R R G, R R Y,
R G G , R Y Y, R G Y,
G G G, G G Y, G Y Y,
Y Y Y = 10

b) 2 R, 2 Y = 6C2 * 5C2 = 15 * 10 = 150

c) 150 from b) * 4C2 = 900

a) 52! / (52 - 13)!13!

b) 52! / (52 - 13)!13! * 13! / [13! / 9!4! * 13! / 4!9!]
