Spaghetti, man. Carbohydrate sources replenish glycogen. Intra- or post-endurance training/participation, simple carbohydrate sources offer the fastest source of glycogen replenishment. That is why many triathlon/marathon/Cycle athletes carry apple sauce and gummy bears in their packs.
