Determine the intervals where f(x) = (10/3)x^3 +(13/2)x^2 -3x +5 is concave up and concave down.

a. concave down for x < -13/20 ; concave up for x > -13/20

b. concave down for x < -3/2 ; concave up for x > -3/2

c. concave down for x<1/5 ; concave up for x>1/5

d. concave down for x<-3/2 and x>1/5 ; concave up for -3/2<x<1/5
