Pollen comes from the anther (pollen storing location) of a stamen (the male reproductive organ of a flower).  The pollen must be deposited into the stigma (location that receives the pollen). The ovules are inside the ovary which is inside the carpel (female reproductive organ). Sperm gets to them through the pollen tube. They get to the pollen tube by wind, animals, etc.
