There are no accredited Caribbean medical schools.  Accreditation is done by the LCME and they only accredit US, Canadian and US territory medical schools.

Canada will allow graduates of Caribbean medical schools to become licensed if they pass the Canadian licensing exam.  But you need to be aware that Canada is constantly reconsidering these schools, as is the US.

The "Gold Standard" for Caribbean medical schools is recognition by the California State Medical Board.  Both California and New York actually do on-site visits to the schools and at this time, only five Caribbean schools are recognized by California.  An increasing number of states are adopting California's approved school list-which means that if you didn't attend one of the approved schools you won't be able to obtain a license, regardless of how well you did on the licensing exams.

There are some schools that are banned by all states, too.

Windsor is still a new medical school and as such, does not have a credible reputation, yet.  That doesn't mean it's a bad school, but just that it hasn't proved to be a good school yet.
